She is so calm and never pushed us even a bit to close a transaction. Proper communication, always showed up and would discuss details honestly rather than hiding anything. Really loved working with her, cannot recommend her enough. She has been the best realtor to work with so far.

I've never reviewed anything before but I will note that my first time selling my property was greatly enhanced by how Mahya Yazdani dealt with the issues that cropped up throughout the time my place was on the market. My place needed work but I had no interest in fixing it up and wanted to lower the price and Mahya and her partner Juliana Vallee were quite accommodating to that even when a lower price also meant less for them.
She always answered my calls or returned them soon after even later on in the evenings.
She also made a long trip through a rainy rush hour to my place so I would not get soaked on my bike when we had to exchange some keys.
All in all it was a satisfying experience with her and if I have to sell again sometime in the far future I will call Mahya first without a doubt. Carlos C.
