My place needed work but I had no interest in fixing it up and wanted to lower the price and Mahya and her partner Juliana Vallee were quite accommodating to that even when a lower price also meant less for them. She always answered my calls or returned them soon after even later on in the evenings. She also made a long trip through a rainy rush hour to my place so I would not get soaked on my bike when we had to exchange some keys.
